Total Nutraceutical Solutions, Inc. was organized on July 19, 2007 under the laws of the State of Nevada as "Generic Marketing Services, Inc." Generic Marketing Services, Inc. filed an SB-2 Registration statement with the SEC on August 6, 2007 and became a full reporting company. On November 1, 2007, the company was cleared for trading on the OTC.BB. On October 8, 2008, the company filed amended Articles with the Secretary of State of Nevada to change its corporate name from Generic Marketing Services, Inc. to "Total Nutraceutical Solutions, Inc." The trading symbol for Total Nutraceutical Solutions, Inc. is "TNUS.OB".
